needs to get its act together. How in the world did they give approval for a soccer school in a building with no parking? Every Saturday I get a call from two of my tenants yelling and screaming that the people from the soccer school are parked in my PRIVATE lot. These people are rude and obnoxious to my tenants and claim the lot is public parking. It's ridiculous already. The PB, when I was a member, was so concerned about enough parking for whatever type business and they approve, of all things, a soccer school. After Labor Day, either my husband or myself will have to go downtown to monitor the lot. My tenants are threatening to move out because of lack of parking and their rent includes parking. The PB will give some applicants a hard time and others, like this one, they turn a blind eye. Why is that? One of the reasons we purchased that building was because it had parking for tenants. I don't think it's up to me to provide parking for other buildings. If the town had not given that train station lot to Rosina's, at least the people taking their kids to the school would have had a place to park. Good thinking.
